FOUR LIVING ROOMS IN THE TURKEY HOLIDAY VILLA

From the marbled entrance hall an archway leads to a fully equipped kitchen with all the facilities to cater for up to thirteen people. These include oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee makers, scales and all the necessary cutlery, crockery and pans. There is an emphasis on small childrens needs including a food blender, microwave sterilizer, plastic plates, cutlery and a high chair.

Another archway leads from the entrance hall into the main lounge which has a wood-burning open fire and seats seven on comfortable leather sofas. Entertainment includes Satellite TV and a DVD/CD player with a library of films and music, a local mobile telephone and wi-fi internet is also provided. From the main lounge an archway leads into the separate dining room with seating for seven. A patio door from the dining room leads to an adjoining terrace dining area allowing a total of thirteen to be seated. There are gas and charcoal BBQs close to the terrace dining area.

A separate second lounge has two sofa/single beds and a stereo music system that plays CDs, receives FM radio and has an iPod docking port. The wi-fi internet router is located here and the signal covers the whole villa. This lounge has access to the poolside terrace and front garden and is also close to the ground floor shower/toilet.

Marble stairs lead down from the entrance hall to the Gym and Games Room which has a cross-trainer, weights, punch bag, darts, quoits, table tennis, a surround sound theatre system for DVD/CD and a Nintendo Wii with forty games. The Games Room has a sofa/single bed, a shower/toilet and a bar/sink area and large patio doors lead out to a secluded and furnished terrace and then to the lower garden.
